Pad printing method
Pad printing is a technique of indirect printing. It consists in the application of printing ink with soft, smooth stamp called pad.
This method enables the overprint on uneven and irregular surfaces – it is performed with a pad with a proper shape.
Thanks to the selection of a proper ink, it is possible to print on various types of materials, such as: plastics, glass, metal, rubber, etc. This is why pad printing is used for the creation of overprints on very diversified surfaces – starting with pens, through packaging and vehicle parts, ending with panels of household appliances.
